Our founder & CEO

Jonae Wartel

Jonae Wartel is an award-winning political strategist and expert in civic engagement and voter contact, with over 15 years of experience developing leaders and leading historic campaigns. As the CEO and Co-Founder of All on the Field, Jonae leads efforts to engage and empower voters through strategic grassroots organizing.

In addition to her leadership at All on the Field, Jonae is a Partner at Arc Initiatives, a Washington, DC-based public affairs firm. She recently served as Senior Advisor for the Harris-Walz campaign in Georgia, where she played a key role in shaping the voter contact program.

Jonae served as Director of the 2020–21 Georgia Senate Runoff, where she led the Democratic efforts to elect Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, flipping the balance of power in the U.S. Senate. Previously, she was Vice President of Elections and Advocacy at More than a Vote, where she helped drive strategy to leverage the influence of athletes during the 2020 election cycle.

Jonae held senior leadership positions on Democratic presidential campaigns in 2008, 2012, and 2016.
